Feedback issue: Claude Haiku 4.5 as the model for Agentic Chat

With the change in gitlab-org#19998 (closed), Claude Haiku 4.5 is now the default model for agentic chat.

This issue is aimed to collect any feedback surrounding how the Haiku 4.5 model behaves with agentic chat.
