Work item CSV export always shows "0 work items selected"

When in a project, filtering for work items and selecting ⋮ > Export as CSV displays the export CSV modal. Regardless of how many work items are in the filter, the modal always shows "0 work items selected". When the user then attempts to Export work items, the correctly filtered work items are emailed to the user, so this appears to be just a visual bug
