Checklist item completion trigger a new "failed pipeline" notification
Summary
I have a merge request with a checklist within the description, and one job from the pipeline has failed.
I receive a notification (email) on the first job failure (expected); however, each time I check an item within the checklist, the same notification is triggered again, despite the job not being retried
Steps to reproduce
- Open a MR, with a checklist in the description (with at least 1 unchecked item)
- Ensure the merge request pipeline fail
- Check/Uncheck the item in the checklist

I receive the same "pipeline failed" notification multiple times
What is the expected correct behavior?
To receive the "pipeline failed" only once per job (or at least after a retry)
