Frontend: Add tracking events

To track feature usage, we want to add events on the AI Catalog:

• View Managed items at Project level
• Various Enable paths to see which is getting most used
• Various Disable paths to see which is getting most used
• Various Duplicate paths to see which is getting most used
• Various Delete paths to see which is getting most used
