Rename 'Private project' source project label to avoid confusion with visibility settings

Problem to solve

When a user doesn't have permissions to view a catalog item's source project the list card shows Private project. This could be confused with the public/private visibility setting.

Proposal

1. Rename Private project to Hidden or Hidden project.
2. For consistency the other source project states, use the standard project icon instead of the eye-slash icon.
