Cannot view Agent description when choosing an agent

What is the current bug behavior?
We ellipses the description. But unless you navigate to the agent catalog, there is no other way to view a full description.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Somewhere, perhaps the start of a new chat, or elsewhere, we should expose the entire description. Maybe when hovering over the multiple agents, we show it as a tooltip?
