Onboarding for the Consolidated List & Saved Views

Problem

With recent internal feedback about consolidated list, it was highlighted that the naming "Work Item" is not very clear to understand coming from "Issues"/"Epics"

Proposed Solution

We could inform the new name intention to the users in different ways. For example:

• Have an overlay, the first time the user access GitLab when the consolidated list is enabled. Similar to the redesign overlay.
• Add a "what's new" item
• Add a (i) information overlay on the sidebar
