Add support for Magik Programming Language

Our Project is based on General Electric SmallWorld product, which is using proprietary programing language called Magik - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magik_(programming_language) and it means that currently gitlab do not detects this language and reports that our repositories have only html, xml files.

Also it is not detected by SAST, so it is ignored and not checked for credentials or any other potential vulnerabilities

It would be great if GitLab can add support for it, as this GE SmallWorld roduct used by most of major telco operators around the worls including and not limited to Deatche Telekom, Swisscom, Vodafone
