I have upgraded from Ultimate Trial to Ultimate but the UI indicates that I'm on Ultimate Trial
Note: this is a close sibling to #582392, but on a different account and with different UX results.
Summary
With this account, I opened a Ultimate Trial plan, which was then upgrade to Ultimate. However, the UX suggests that I'm still on Ultimate Trial.
Steps to reproduce
- I created a personal account on gitlab.com.
- As a GitLab team member benefit, my personal account was upgraded to Ultimate.
I don't know if that's sufficient to reproduce.
What is the current bug behavior?
My UX displays the following
- The profile menu suggests upgrading my subscription which suggests that I'm not on Ultimate.
- The Billing tab of a group tells me that I'm on Ultimate.
- There doesn't seem to be a global Billing tab.
- The Usage quotas shows 400 units, which is much lower than Ultimate.
(I have confirmed with admins that I'm on Ultimate)
What is the expected correct behavior?
- The UX should tell me somewhere that I'm on Ultimate.
- The UX should not suggest that I should upgrade to Ultimate.
