Promote the dynamic job dependencies in needs:parallel:matrix feature from Beta (introduced in 18.6) to General Availability (GA) in GitLab 18.8.

Background

This feature enables users to dynamically reference jobs created through parallel matrix configurations in the needs keyword, improving pipeline dependency management and flexibility.

Current Status

• Beta release: GitLab 18.6
• Target GA release: GitLab 18.8
