Issue to track UI polish:

Problem and proposal

• Problem: User can select All groups and projects or Only my personal projects as the scope definition. Additional description or guidance is needed to the path of least privilege. Solutions:
  • Add additional description or alert in the form selection (that future projects and group membership will have access). 
  • Show a list and summation of top level groups in the drawer when user creates a token with "All groups & projects"
