[FE] Fetch and show broad and fine-grained tokens for new PAT table

The redesigned PAT table currently only shows broad tokens:

Once we can create fine-grained tokens and fetch them, we need to show fine-grained tokens alongside broad tokens on this table, sorted by expiration date (by default, it can be changed by the user).
