[New UI] Dark background for transparent user profile avatar image .png

Summary

My avatar trasparent .png image has dark background in new UI graphic mode

Steps to reproduce

• Use a .png trasparent image for your user profile
• Switch to "New UI" graphic mode
• Look at the Avatar backgroud

What is the expected correct behavior?

I expect the transparent background to be maintained as in "old-style" UI Mode
