Backfill false_positive in vulnerabilities and sync ES for dismiss action

After the synchronisation logic for the false_positive attribute has been completed, a backfill migration must be performed on the Vulnerabilities Elasticsearch (ES) index.

This backfill will update all existing vulnerability documents to include the false_positive field so that historical data aligns with newly indexed records.
