since the new admin project listing page in some recent versions the display of projects with failed repository checks is gone

Steps to reproduce

have a project which fails its check, you get an email with following link to see them https://$URL/admin/projects?last_repository_check_failed=1

What is the current bug behavior?

all projects are listed

What is the expected correct behavior?

only projects failing checks are listed
