[FE] Show fine-grained token details in PAT details drawer
On the personal access tokens page, clicking on a PAT's name or Show details in the actions dropdown will show the PAT details drawer:

Currently, this drawer only shows details for a legacy token (a.k.a. broad access token). Once we can create and fetch fine-grained tokens, we need to update this drawer to show details for a fine-grained token as well.
