Identify and catalog golden user-journeys for accessibility testing

Goal

Identify golden user-journeys that should be covered with accessibility feature tests.

Acceptance Criteria

• Search for test cases with golden journey label/designation (use Duo if helpful)
• Create a list of identified golden journeys with links to existing E2E test cases
• Prioritize journeys from Create and Plan stages first
• Create individual child issues for each selected golden journey
