New UI missing job output scrollbar

Summary

In the new UI, job output is missing a scrollbar. It is still possible to use mouse to scroll through content but with long outputs it is tedious.

Steps to reproduce

Run a job with sufficiently long output.

What is the current bug behavior?

No scrollbar for job output.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Present scrollbar that can quickly navigate long job output
