"Find in Page" scrollbar markers are not shown in new UI

With the New UI the browser no longer shows the native "scrollbar markers" for hits when Find in page functionality is used?

Potential fixes

Setting overflow-y: scroll; on the root element shows the track, I imagine this comes with other side effects that need to be thoroughly tested or counter-acted.
