Self hosted runner stuck since today

Some of our runner are stuck saying :

This job is stuck because of one of the following problems. There are no active runners online, no runners for the protected branch , or no runners that match all of the job's tags: ...

We didn't change anything neither about our runner configuration nor our CI. All our runner are shown online on the runner page.

Could it be related to the today's bug gitlab-com/gl-infra/production#20827 that has generated some random issues ? Gitlab status page says everything is ok now, but not on our side ...
