Improve Task Progress UI Readability and Visual Hierarchy for Duo Chat

Problem

The current task progress interface for GitLab Duo actions lacks clear visual hierarchy and readability. When Duo is performing multiple tasks (like analyzing failed jobs, getting logs, checking pipelines), the current UI presents information in a way that's difficult to scan and understand at a glance. Users need better visual organization to track what Duo is doing and the status of each task.

Redesign the task progress interface to improve readability and user understanding:

Enhanced Visual Hierarchy:
