Add option to upload a separate logo for Dark mode

As Gitlab now have themes that respect system mode (dark/light) we need support for two variants of logo that works well with Dark or Light mode.

Add new option in setting to upload a logo for Dark mode and if dark mode is active, check if the dark logo exists and use it otherwise default to the main logo.
