Passkey go live planning

From our passkeys weekly sync, we'd want to ensure the following items are complete before the Passkeys FF can be enabled for any users outside of groupauthentication team members. Specifically:

• Ensure common troubleshooting questions are added to Docs - Passkeys (#569727) - DRI @sayobittencourt
• A video for Passkeys (both happy and unhappy paths) and explanation of how existing 2FA reset mechanisms should still apply be created and shared with support team in #spt_pod_auth (please tag @j.castillo) - DRI @eduardosanz
• Identify the cohorts of users we plan to enable the FF for and the approximate timelines. - DRI @eduardosanz and @adil.farrukh
• Regression testing paths. - DRI @eduardosanz
• Prepare release blog post - DRI @sayobittencourt

Improved error states

• Clarified this is not a blocker, but a nice to have if we can squeeze it in
• If we can't have specific messaging for each error code, we can at least have messaging specific to a problem type as long as the messaging guides the user to a solution/work-around.
