Frontend: Add Percentage of failed pipelines which used RCA to Duo data table

Proposal

Let's add the following to the Duo Metrics table on the GitLab Duo and SDLC trends dashboard:

  • Percentage of failed pipelines which used RCA

This metric will help customers understand the adoption of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for failed pipelines.

Implementation

  • Extend data source
  • Add Percentage of failed pipelines which used RCA to the data table
  • Update documentation
