Integrate PGP/GPG encryption into service desk emails
Service desk creates confidential issues supplied by clients. Often supplied information is confidential. However it is submitted by email which is not secure by default and can be sniffed on its way.
Enable each project to upload public PGP/GPG keys, which will be attached to each email (including the initial automatic reply) sent to the issue reporter through Service Desk, so that he can easily encrypt his messages.
Use the uploaded private PGP/GPG keys to decrypt his messages within the GitLab Webinterface to show them automatically in plain text.
