As of November 5th, adoption rates for the group are 72% WAU (weekly) and 43% DAU (daily), The DAU is slightly below the 85-90%+ internal adoption threshold. Consistently achieving 85-90%+ team adoption levels for both, WAU and DAU are important.

Proposed Strategic Solution

Drive internal Duo adoption levels across engineering teams by directly activating our Engineering Managers

Engagement will focus on three actions: Awareness, Participation, and Feedback.

🟧 One - Awareness

  • During 1-to-1s - Please remind ICs, during 1-to-1 sessions to participate in CustomerZERO efforts by using Duo for at least 15 minutes daily.
  • Through Team Slack Channels - Post weekly reminders in your team Slack channel(s) encouraging them to participate in CustomerZero for Duo efforts.

Engineering Manager Actions:

Weekly Async Status Updates (through December 10th):

  • Engineering Managers will provide a weekly Async Status Update on their team issue every Wednesday through December 10th.
  • Each update should include team DAU and WAU statistics at minimum.
  • Where possible, also include overall team feedback on what's working, what needs to be improved, and competitor feature gaps.
  • AI-Engineering Slack Channels - Please encourage your team to post feature feedback, feature improvement suggestions, bugs, and competitor feature gaps in the following channels:
