Engagement will focus on three actions: Awareness, Participation, and Feedback.
🟧 One - Awareness
- During 1-to-1s - Please remind ICs, during 1-to-1 sessions to participate in CustomerZERO efforts by using Duo for at least 15 minutes daily.

Through Team Slack Channels - Post weekly reminders in your team Slack channel(s) encouraging them to participate in CustomerZero for Duo efforts.

Weekly Async Status Updates (through December 10th):

Engineering Managers will provide a weekly Async Status Update on their team issue every Wednesday through December 10th.

Each update should include team DAU and WAU statistics at minimum.

Where possible, also include overall team feedback on what's working, what needs to be improved, and competitor feature gaps.
