Chat messages disappear momentarily when restarting a conversation

Steps to reproduce:

• Start a conversation with at least a couple of messages exchanged with Agentic Chat
• Close the panel and refresh the page
• Reopen the panel and send a new message on the same previous conversation

Result:

• While Chat is thinking about its response, the previous conversation messages disappear. Then they reappear when chat is ready to provide a new response

Expected:

• Messages should not disappear while chat is thinking.
