[Agent Platform] Create query to fetch workflow definitions as list

Problem

Currently the Flow types in the Sessions search are hardcoded. This is not flexible as we continue to build out flow types.

Solution

Get workflow_definition types available as a list for to utilize in the search dropdown to filter.
