Manual Verification: Filter by Validity Status

This is to verify this feature is working as expected.

1. Filter by "Validity check"
2. There are 3 options: "Active secret", "Possibly active secret", "Inactive secret"
3. There is a tooltip for "Possibly active secret"
4. When the filter is applied, the vulnerability list is updated
5. When the filter is applied, the severity count is updated
6. When the page is refreshed, the filtered vulnerability list persist
7. When pasting the URL with the validity check query key, the filtered vulnerability list will be displayed
