Benchmark cache size for Gitlab Monolith

Summary

As discussed in this comment, the GLAS cache uses Job Artifacts. We should benchmark the GLAS cache generated from the Gitlab monolith to assess whether the 100MB Job Artifact limit could be exceeded for other similarly large projects.
