Update avatar of Foundational Flow Service Accounts

Problem

The current avatar of the service account @duo-developer is generic, this should be replaced with a Duo logo so it's recognizable as a trusted service account. We are now also moving towards additional foundational flows, wich also need their own icon.

Desired Outcome

Avatars are set up for the individual foundational flow service accounts automatically.

Use the security agent one for security related flows.

Change request instructions

The instructions for the change request are:

  1. Log into gitlab.com using an admin account
  2. Navigate to users and search for the service account: http://gitlab.com/admin/users?search_query=duo+workflow+service
  3. Locate the user and click on Edit
  4. Scroll down to Avatar and upload the provided avatar
  5. Click on Save changes
