Duo Chat not able to generate a response - Error Code M4001

Problem Statement

I am facing this error in Duo Chat commonly in recent days, even for simpler / straightforward questions. Is this known?https://docs.gitlab.com/user/gitlab_duo_chat/troubleshooting/#error-m4001

Sample Prompt Questions:

1. Can you create a refined User story based on the conversation and add detailed Acceptance criteria?
2. Can you summarise the issue and provide a high-level project status?

User Story:

As a Duo Chat User, I should be able to generate the responses for the commonly asked questions so that I can use the tool to enhance my productivity.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Verify that the Duo Chat generate the responses for the commonly asked prompts.
