Lack of UI feedback when starting "Issue to merge request" flow

Problem

When starting a "Issue to merge request" flow via the "Generate MR with Duo" button, the button goes into a loading state for 2-3 seconds, but nothing happens after that.

Potential impact

If the user is using this flow for the first time, they will not know where to navigate to next to find the running session once it has been created, potentially leaving them stranded here until the actual MR has been created up to 5 minutes later, or potentially even causing them to click the same button again multiple times and starting multiple flows, as they think it might have failed.

Solution

There should be a clear and visible feedback in the UI. First spontaneous ideas would be to do so via a toast, or just redirecting the user to the actual agent session directly.
