Update CI configuration to accommodate several FE islands

Currently, the CI configuration for the FE islands assumes only one island (duo_next). However, with more islands on the horizon, we have to ensure that the CI pipeline configuration is capable to accommodate those without the need to constantly add jobs to the CI
