Create simple Flow Builder App

Summary

We want to build a minimal version of the Flow Builder App. It basically will be a wrapper to use the library VueFlow. The goal is not yet to implement the final UI or functionality. The goal is to render the canvas and the possibility to grab nodes from a sidebar selection onto the canvas.

Acceptance Criteria

• Render VueFlow Canvas
• Render node selection
• Allow drag/drop of nodes
