CI/CD Analytics - Pipeline Charts - Add "Success rate" to mouse-hover info popup view

Proposal
In my CI/CD Analytics view (${project_url}/-/pipelines/charts) I can mouse-over the chart and see "all" and "success" number of pipeline runs for a month - I'd love for this to also display the success rate as a % ("success"/"all").
I think the chart as is, is kind of weird too as I should think most people care about the success rate rather than the raw number of pipelines run, but this chart sort of burries the success rate.
