Create a tool in DAP that calls the GLQL API

Problem to solve

We need to add GLQL analysis support to the analytics agent. The agent is able to create GLQL queries, but isn't able to run them, or analysis the results.

Proposed solution

Create a new tool which calls the GLQL REST API to process the GLQL queries. Then allow Duo to analysis the response.

Add the new tool to the foundational analytics agent.
