Code block with line starting with / (forward slash) add a new empty line in rich text editing

1. Creates a content in "plain text editing" of a code block in which a line start with a forward slash.
2. Switch to "rich text editing"
3. A new line is added after the line which contains a starting forward slash
4. Switch back to "plain text editing", the new line is preserved
5. Switch to "rich text editing", another new line is added
