Hello,

I upgraded Gitlab from 18.2.8-ce.0 to gitlab-ce=18.5.0-ce.0 on Debian Bookworm.

All background migrations have completed except one.

BackfillPartitionedWebHookLogsDaily: web_hook_logs has been running for over than 12 hours and and I see errors in the logs:

uninitialized constant Gitlab::BackgroundMigration::BackfillPartitionedWebHookLogsDaily

How crucial is this migration and what can I do to complete it ?
