Wiki sidebar covers content at a certain width with new UI

Wiki E2E tests started failing against new UI, they have been quarantined with !209218 (merged) (this quarantine should be reverted with the fix)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a wiki page
  2. View wiki page
  3. reduce screen width
