Dependency Proxy Docker Hub Auth breaking periodically

So we’ve used Org Tokens for this successfully however we’ve run into issues that every so often we have problem where they appear to just stop working. The token is still valid but it’s like it either isn’t actually using it or something else. For example project worked fine yesterday but today it fails
