Dependency Proxy Docker Hub global

I haven’t found issue for this and I’m actually surprised this hasn’t been asked before but need a way to handle Docker Hub Auth for Dependency Proxy globally. We admin a self hosted instance and having to setup the auth in every group is tedious task.

Looking for a way to enable auth globally in Admin. Each group could override the creds if they want but we want by default to use an Org Token globally.
