FE: Update aiCatalogItem query for deleted item

To maintain visibility on soft deleted items for remaining consumers, we need to allow fetching item data.

There is a new showDeleted argument that needs to be added to the aiCatalogItem query. See !208880 (merged) for some examples of how to use it.
