Log actual size of lsif.json.zip we generate

This is to help investigation of #365885 (comment 2414685563).

Logging that actual size of the JSON file when it gets rejected would help us confirm how much lsif.json.zip file we create is actually going over the limit.

This should be added at workhorse.
