Update data models and pipelines for deployment_type field

Problem

Currently, we do not have a clear way to identify deployment type. realm is very limited and is showing false value in many cases.

We need new field deployment_type that should help us distinguish this.

Once #576215 and #576218 are completed we should be able to see deployment type field in both billing schema and standard context

Solution

Update data models to accommodate this new field deployment_type with possible values are com, dedicated and self-managed
