GitLab Duo Chat: Cannot select model in bottom right corner

Bug Description

When opening GitLab Duo Chat, the model selection dropdown in the bottom right corner is functional - but cannot select a model . Opening the drop down shows no results found.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open GitLab Duo Chat
2. Look for the model selector in the bottom right corner
3. Cick/interact with the model selector
4. Observe that no model selection options appear

Expected Behavior

Users should be able to click on the model selector in the bottom right corner and choose from available AI models.

Actual Behavior

The model selector appears to be functional - but cannot select models.

Additional Information

This issue affects the user experience of GitLab Duo Chat as users cannot switch between different AI models as intended.
