AI catalog agent form: Project validation does not clear after selection

On the Create/Edit Agent form of AI catalog, the project dropdown does not clear the validation error message after selecting a project.

The component uses GlCollapsibleListbox which does not support onBlur event.

It may require some changes in gitlab-ui.
