Leaderboard Sorting Issue: Users with Higher Merged MRs Not Appearing at the Top

Problem Description

The leaderboard is not correctly sorting participants by their merge request (MR) metrics. Users with significantly more merged MRs are appearing lower in the rankings than they should be.
