Work item shortcuts are not performed on the side panel

How to reproduce

1. Open a work item
2. Open a child item in the side panel of that work item
3. Press the shorcut e to edit the work item title/description
4. Before: it triggers editing on the modal
5. After: it triggers editing on the parent work item

Same with ESC for closing the open work item.
